Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?

You can shop in whichever way is most convenient for you.

  • Shop Online: Browse our website, add your favorite items to your cart and complete checkout.
  • Shop via Instagram: Send us a DM with a screenshot of the item you'd like to purchase. We'll confirm availability and send you the payment details.

Is a deposit required?

  • Website Orders: Orders placed through our website are paid in full at checkout.
  • Instagram Orders: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your item when ordering through Instagram. The remaining balance is due before collection or delivery.

*TTPost orders must be paid in full, including the delivery fee, before they are dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • ✔ Bank Transfer
  • ✔ Online Bank Transfer
  • ✔ Cash Deposit
  • ✔ Cash (Collection Only)

We do not accept:

  • ✘ Personal Cheques
  • ✘ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Can you hold an item for me?

Yes, for Instagram orders only.

  • Items are reserved for 2 business days once payment information has been sent.
  • A 50% deposit and proof of payment must be received within that period to secure your order.
  • Items cannot be held without the required deposit.

Do I have to pay before my order is delivered?

Yes.

  • All orders must be paid in full before they are collected or dispatched for delivery.

Delivery & Collection

How long does delivery take?

  • For available items, delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days.
  • You'll receive tracking information once your TTPost order has been dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Yes.

  • Orders may be collected the same day once payment has been confirmed.

Do you deliver throughout Trinidad & Tobago?

Yes.

  • We offer nationwide TTPost delivery for TT$40.
  • Orders over TT$500 qualify for FREE standard delivery across Trinidad & Tobago.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Due to the limited nature of many of our products, all sales are final.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist.

Products & Availability

What do the item statuses mean?

🟢 Available

  • The item is currently in stock and ready to purchase.

🟡 Reserved (Pending Payment)

  • The item has been requested through Instagram and is being held while we await the required deposit.
  • Reservations are held for 2 business days.
  • If payment or proof of payment isn't received within that time, the reservation expires and the item becomes available again.

🔵 Coming Soon

  • The item has already been purchased and is currently on its way to Trinidad.
  • These items may be reserved through Instagram with a 50% deposit before arrival.

🔴 Sold

  • The item has been purchased and is no longer available.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

  • Many of our collections are available in limited quantities.
  • While some items may return, most are not regularly restocked. Once there're gone, they're often gone for good.

Are your products authentic?

Yes.

  • Whenever we stock brands such as Michael Kors, Karl Lagerfeld, Steve Madden, Calvin Klein and other recognized labels, they are 100% authentic.
  • We also carry carefully selected boutique and lesser-known brands that meet our quality standards for craftsmanship, style and value.

Do you only sell branded products?

No.

  • Candri Essentials is built around quality, not labels.
  • Alongside authentic designer brands, we also offer carefully curated boutique and lifestyle products chosen for their quality, functionality and timeless appeal.
